About

Benjamin Gonzalez is a marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience building digital strategies, managing social media, and leading creative projects that bring brands and communities to life. His career has spanned education, entertainment, non-profits, and professional organizations—each giving him the opportunity to merge storytelling with strategy in fresh and impactful ways.

From launching large-scale campaigns and rebranding initiatives to managing multi-platform social media accounts, he specializes in creating content and strategies that spark engagement and drive measurable results. He has led marketing for statewide conferences, developed creative direction for performing arts organizations, and consulted on branding projects that connect with diverse audiences.

Currently, Benjamin serves as the Social Media Coordinator for Pacific Crest and Gold Drum & Bugle Corps, and also holds seasonal social media residencies with the Western Band Association and the Winter Guard Association of Southern California. In these roles, he develops strategic campaigns, oversees digital storytelling, and strengthens community engagement across the performing arts landscape.

Beyond his professional contributions to arts and entertainment, he has also worked in public service and government. He made history as the youngest commissioner ever appointed in the City of Buena Park and served on the Board of Directors for the Buena Park Cable Foundation.
